Clients not wanting to pay your rate? Here’s a great video showing how that Vendor/Client relationship would work in real world situations.
Food Vendor Needed!
A fellow virtual assistant is helping plan the Free Folk Festival in San Francisco June 13-14. They had the food vendor back out at the last minute and are searching for an available food vendor for the event. Here is the information I have.
Today, almost at the last minute – the festival is June 13-14 – the food vendor we lined up six months ago told us they can’t make it. So we badly need to find an alternative food vendor who is available that weekend. They need to be experienced in working at festivals or other public events – getting the necessary permits, knowing the health regulations, having their own portable cooking facilities. Style of food is flexible, but they should be able to provide a menu that will please the general public at a reasonable cost.
The festival is in San Francisco and generally attracts 2,000-3,000 visitors over the weekend. The festival goes from noon-10 pm both days, but the food vendor only needs to stay until 6, although they may stay later if they wish. Usual arrangement is for the food vendor to pay the festival 10% of gross sales.
If you know of anyone who might fit the bill, even if you’re not sure they fit the bill, please send them my way.
