*Portion deleted by site owner for profanity usage.* I PAID FOR A 2008 DESKTOP VERSION THAT INCLUDED THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD TRANSACTIONS FROM MY BANK AND CREDIT CARD. Their little *deleted* support message stated they stopped supporting it. When you stop supporting a desktop version feature you should just stop answering questions regarding those features AND NOT TURN OFF FEATURES THAT PEOPLE PURCHASED.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE QUICKBOOKS EVER AGAIN. I’D RATHER DOWNLOAD AN ILLEGAL VERSION.

THEY DIDN’T EVEN PROVIDE A WARNING IN ADVANCE.
