My calendar settings will not allow for scheduling of meetings less than 12 hours prior to the suggested meeting time. If it is near the end of the week and there is no availability visible, please browse to the next week. The times you see SHOULD be in your Time Zone, so you do not have to calculate a time difference. If you would like to verify the Time Zone was chosen correctly for you, click the Timezone link directly above Saturday on the calendar. If you prefer a Skype meeting instead of a telephone meeting, please include your Skype ID in the Meeting Location area.
